Experian Credit Report Problem (accounts not showing)

in Credit cards
Hi,
I have a credit card and an overdraft facility with HSBC that I applied for in 2004. I have used the overdraft facility only a handful of times over the last 8 years, but I use the CC frequently, especially in the last two or three years I have used it on a monthly basis.
My Experian credit report says I have 0 credit accounts. I called Experian about this and they said it was HSBC's fault. I called HSBC and after some confusion they told me my data wasn't automatically sent to CRAs because of the age of the credit accounts, and I had to fill out a form in branch to get this data reported to CRA's. I filled out this form and HSBC have since assured me that they are now providing information to CRA's, and yet the data is still not showing in my credit report. I filled out this HSBC form in early March.
The addresses on my credit report are definitely correct, and I even had to mail Experian some utility bills before I could access my credit report the first time, and I mailed them a copy of my last credit card statement, which isn't on their report for me.
What do I do to get the data showing in my credit report?

unfortunately you will just have to wait. They will shift the blame around between themselves, the call centres will hide behind the data protection act and no one will take responsibility. I have been waiting ages for them to update my file to show accurate information before applying for a mortgage. This can be such an important issue to some people and the way they handle it is despicable0
