The size and height of your loft area and what you want 1/2 bedrooms plus bathroom?
access from floor below, council planning, conservation area ?
You will need building regs and it could cost more than its worth0 -
Think in the region of £30k-£35k for a proper loft conversion as suggested and you won't be far out.The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0 -
