combi boiler recommendation

We are in the process of buying a new house. it currently has a combi 28kw boiler to cover 2 bathrooms and 12 radiators over 3 floors. We will be undertaking some building work which means we will have to move the boiler. It made us think of changing the boiler at the same time maybe to a condensing one.
The boiler is about 6 or 7 years old.
We have been told a 30kw boiler should be fine. Would a 28kw be ok too? Any recommendations on a boiler please?

Wouldn't recommend a combi for a 2 bathroom property to any of our customers tbh. Suggest you get someone else to conduct a site survey, discuss your requirements and quote. More here. If sufficient mains pressure/flow then a unvented cylinder and system boiler would be the optimum...but not a cheap or quick option.

Same here, a combi would be fine for 1 bathroom, I have one myself and its ace. But would struggle with more than one outlet in use at any one time. Unvented or thermal store. But as previous poster said, get someone round, on recommendation, to do a site survey.
