EXPIRED Glitch With Pants on Charles Twyrtt

Cancelled too.
Wonder what will happen with the people that got gift vouchers. Suppose they are just changing one bit of paper if they bought the paper that is for another so probably alright.
I think this is a serious marketing error on their side, most people will be reluctant to shop in their overpriced shops after this .Kentsavings wrote: »just had a cancellation email...0 -
I know it was a glitch but tbh I do not think it would have cost them that much to honor the orders that they had taken. The pants are probably made somewhere aboard for about 50p each. This postage would have cost them about £1.50 max. So they would have only cost them £2 per item sent. Quite cheap marketing tbh. I always feel sorry for the OP's with the online orders too because they tell everyone and there order gets canceled too
Yep - I am the OP and my order was cancelled also.¿Alguien ha visto a mi nave espacial?
Biting is excellent. It's like kissing, only there's a winner.0 -
I have been sent the cancellation email too.0

Thanks OP ... We all gave it a go got my cancellation email too ... has anyone recieved their orders ??????0

Mine was cancelled too...the only thing their lack of honouring the order has achieved is the guarantee of no further orders from me

I missed the glitch - but managed to get a polo for my son for £8.90 delivered - despatch has been confirmed. I am quite happy with that -so I guess it is all about expectation0

They cancelled my e-gift voucher which was emailed to me a few hours after placing my order.
Seeing as they say order acceptance and contract is made upon dispatch, I'd say they accepted the order but I don't know I have it in me to argue it, I've been poorly recently and was at the hospital all day, I've got bigger things to worry about lol
It might be worth others who had e-gift vouchers dispatched arguing it, let us all know if you have success.
Use their T&Cs to your advantage, it's clear on there about acceptance of the order being upon dispatch.0 -

Original order was cancelled, but it had included an e-voucher which I had already spent on a same repeat order. Items are now showing as dispatchedanna_grant wrote: »Yep - I am the OP and my order was cancelled also.

NoJust ordered the cheapest boxers (£7.95) and an e-voucher with the balance of credit left over (you could buy in £1 increments). Then DS did the same again but used the e-voucher as well as the Telegraph discount code. etc etc. The orders where the £10 Telegraph voucher paid for the p&p in part or in whole were cancelled. Those where the p & p was covered fully by the e-voucher have been honoured.
