I doubt they will be sending out their feedback form for all the cancelled orders.

Since the email with my e-gift voucher I haven't received any further emails but I went to spend the e-gift voucher and it says it's been cancelled and having a look at my orders in my account it says the order is cancelled.
Awful service, they should have at least contacted customers.
Also, I understand that their T&Cs say the order is only confirmed when they dispatch the items, but seeing as they had dispatched the e-gift voucher to me I think it's poor service.
I hope those who got their pants like them, CT are normally good quality items (over the years we've spent over £1,000 on their shirts, suits, jumpers and suits).0 -
I have no idea what my order status is as I had an email saying that my order would be despatched by the 15th June like several others. I am assuming that it has also been cancelled.
I have ordered several shirts over the past couple of years because they are lovely quality but I have lost confidence in the company because of their marketing strategy. They always have a 'sale' on and you can buy a shirt one week for £19.95 to find it is in a super sale a few weeks later but can cost you £34.95. There is no consistency at all and several times I have felt cheated and say I am not going to buy from them again.0 -
just had a cancellation email...I love this site and all chums, but its making a dent in my bank account!!!
Have lots of things I want, but dont necessarily need... Must DO BETTER!!! :A0 -

I know it was a glitch but tbh I do not think it would have cost them that much to honor the orders that they had taken. The pants are probably made somewhere aboard for about 50p each. This postage would have cost them about £1.50 max. So they would have only cost them £2 per item sent. Quite cheap marketing tbh. I always feel sorry for the OP's with the online orders too because they tell everyone and there order gets canceled too0
-
Order cancelled too. Given that I had ordered a pair of collar stays that would never cost £4.95 P&P I do think they should have honoured that at least.
I won't be taking them up on the offer to re-order & pay the P&P :mad:Lurking in a galaxy far far away...0
