Have you asked them? Not my sector but they may know people who will do a day hire - maybe even a previous customer. Although a days hire may cost much the same as a weeks hire!

Otherwise look at companies like btfs (or is it bfts, never can remember) who do film catering facility hires among other things (eg dining buses).

All of them frown at a day event.

Some who offer to come, complain of distance. They cant just come to london.
