Hi - I found my Next account number yesterday. I've not had the account for years, but, if you paid through your bank, if you look at you old bank statements, it should have your account number next to the payment.
Does anyone know what address to use for Next PPI and do you just send the standard financial ombudsman questionnaire to them?0
