Ipods playback

I would like an Ipod which I can somehow link to my car radio for playback. Is this possible and if so how? Any particular models recommended?

Does your car radio have a aux input (like a headphone jack)? Can then plug any of the ipods into the radio.
If it has a cd changer jack on the back then you can get a ipod2car connection kit
Otherwise you could get those digital fm transmitters and then tune the radio into the right frequency.

is your car stereo tape or cd? if its tape you can get an adaptor out the pound shop

Thanks for your reply cdbrown - it does not have an aux input, as for a cd changer, I'm afraid I wouldn't know. But I do like the idea of the transmitter. Can you please explain how this would work and would I be able to use it with any ipod?

http://gadgetshow.five.tv/index.htm If you mean by "any ipod" you mean MP3 player you'll need to get one that plugs into the audio out socket rather than a specific ipod docktype one.
