    There seems to be more and more of these posts of people returning items to stores they've bought online and pretty much all want the delivery cost back but failed to return under DSR just walked into a store and expected postage costs returned.

    I wouldn't expect anyone in a store to have a full knowledge of DSR unless their job was only online sales and returns. Obviously the sales assistant instore work gets a little more complicated these days. Usually there are situations of people returning items with some hazy, half baked translation of SOGA now they also have to deal with the same from customers on DSR.

    A sell outs rules doesn't make them law. Unless you take his rules to be law and the DSRS as whatever?
