Lakeland - the best!

Last august I bought a barbecue un the Lakeland sale - it was £299 and so by no means cheap - as I still have not got round to putting it together and the weather being so miserable so far this year I called Lakeland today and rather cheekily asked them if I could return it to them - Ann in customer services could not be more helpful and arranged for collection on Wednesday - she refunded the full amount on my card straight away - what exceptional customer service they offer:T

Lakeland customer service - a new store has opened nearer to me than the one I used to visit in another city. This morning I went in for the first time and the lady on the till said 'oh hello I know you from our other store'.
