Viewing went fine - they really liked it - not sure how many others they've seen tho.
So now it's the waiting game - and i was right about knowing them too - He's the cousin of my ex hubby & she turned out to be my next door neighbours Aunt!
Oh well fingers crossed as they're well along with their sale so would be good to go fairly quickly
