Prudential/ Quidco insurance

Got my car insurance through Quidco, but it looks like the payment didn't go through from my debit card. Rang Pru today and they said the payment was declined (load of crap, cos the money was ready in my account). Is this a sneaky trick on the Pru's part to avoid giving full cashback through Quidco?

Sorry I misunderstood!
You could cancel within 7 days for no fee (I think, but check your policy) and then reorder?
If quidco has tracked then it should (hopefully) be okay?
I try and make sure anything I buy through quidco is cheaper anyway so that even if I don't get the cashback it is still better value...also known as The Sausage King0
