Hi,
I'm on ESA while undergoing treatment for my heart,I normally get my ESA on Saturday but for some reason,I have not received it today.
I'm wondering if the bl00dy bank holiday has affected the payments being made as Mon & Tues were holidays, and if anyone else has the same issue?..
Thanks.

No need for the language - if something does not pass the swear filter there is a reason for it.
Saturday is not a standard day for payment, it is likely that your payment is scheduled for Monday but you see it earlier. Hence, I would check again on Monday.0 -
My payments due Monday also show Saturday, checked today and it's in like normal....Which bank are you with?0

I'm with natwest too, maybe they haven't sent your payment out or sent it out late due to the bank holiday0

If the last two digits of your national insurance number end in the range 00-19, that makes you a Monday payday. No-one is officially a Saturday payday ... if you've had it early in the past, that's due to your bank and not DWP. So quite why you're getting angry is beyond me, you're not even due your money until next week.
As #2 says, check on Monday.0 -

Well, still no money today (Monday) so I called them, chap on the phone states everything's OK & he cant see why I haven't been paid,so he's e-mailing the 'maintenance team' to get them to issue a fast payment, which I should have by late this afternoon.
Second time this has happened in as many months, last time was again when the was a bank holiday on Monday/Tuesday.Chap also let slip they did a fast payment that time too.
So I've called my MLA & asked him to look into why this has happened as he's been dealing with issues like this in the past for me.0 -
