Indoor Swimming Pool - Running Costs

I'm looking at a property with a 9m x 3m indoor swimming pool (depth 1m). I forgot to find out if it has a cover but Im asuming not.
Can anyone let me know how much it would cost to heat throughout the year please? (ideally in KWH units as prices vary so much).
Also, assuming heavy use, what chemicals would be required?
Thanks for any help.

Can't really help you with that I'm afraid, BUT, look at it this way. . . As it's an indoor pool any energy you use to heat the pool will ultimately also go into warming the fabric of the building. So in theory at least, your energy costs for the rest of the building won't be as high. Whereas with an outside pool all you'll be doing is warming the planet! Makes sense to me anyway :-D Incidentally, who was it that said "If you need to ask how much it is, you can't afford it?" ;-)0
