money in limbo in bank

My wages went into the bank on 31st may, someone unknown to me is attempting to take money out leaving me unable to access anyfunds. The bank said until they do there is nothing they can do, so my money is in limbo, bills not being paid. I contact them each day but getting no where. All they say is it will disappear and I then will be able to access my cash. Anyone else come across the same and what was the outcome.
