  • Had a read through, some good advice. This is something i will be looking more into in next short while. I am still researching and developing ideas. My business is going and going well at that(more or less a sole trader at income £50k a year) Will be looking to try and turn it into more of a business and be able to employ others and even have employees and hire them out. Will have to see what the short term future brings first while i read up and get a bit more clued up on the tax/financial side of things.

The hardest part i find is where to draw the line at taking on debt to increase income. The more debt i take on,the higher the income. Would class it as low risk but personally looking to get on property ladder and buy my first place does make me decide against increasing debt.

CK you seem to be years ahead of most of us in terms of experience and knowledge. I hope to catch you up shortly.
