I am trying to order the 'free' things like others on here but I am being told that the order is not over 39 euros so I cant use my code :(

Is this happening to everyone now??

Thank you Elsbells21 I was beginning to feel a real idiot at not being able to figure it out. I wonder if they have changed the rule because whatever I order it keeps telling me to spend 39 Euros?

I managed to get my mug yesterday without any trouble. Maybe try the mug? :o
They may have changed the rules though. Hopefully not ;)

I think they have changed the rule now - probably a lot of people have been getting items for free. I've tried a few things and it always says you have not spent 39 euros.

I received two confirmation emails this morning saying the products had been shipped, so hopefully that means they have honoured them!
Feb wins: Angry Birds mug, £250 Perfume Shop bundle :D
  • I've had all 3 of the items I ordered for free before they closed the loophole, no problems.

I got a mug, an inflatable plane, and the plane-shaped box. All comes by UPS in separate boxes.

Oddly the mug doesn't have a handle... Perhaps Germans have a higher tolerance to heat on their fingertips than I do ;)
    Comper and general cheapskate :)
  • I've got 3 items arrive today, still got a few to come but looks like they are honouring orders.

Have had three wins but only one code and today the lock arrived so I was in time but it has not issued me with any codes for unlocking additional cards when I have recommened friends so think it is getting it's own back for the free lock! and with my cards not a hope of a free flight unless England and Greece make it to the final!!
