Victorian Plumbing

Victorianplumbing.co.uk seem to be a completely different outfit from victoriaplumb.com despite their bizarrely similar names. And they certainly seem to get better feedback. Can anyone confirm this is the case?

thanks

I've recently had major problems with Victoria Plumb. On one of the occasions that I phoned them they couldn't find me on their 'system' and asked whether I had phoned the right company and suggested that I might have intended to phone Victorian Plumbing instead! I would think they probably are different companies but couldn't be sure.

Internet shopfronts are OK until something goes wrong and it will. Then you'll discover that their CS is non existant or apallingly bad. Their lowend stuff is cheap Chinese manufactured tat too boot although I do notice that the company you mention does [STRIKE]stock[/STRIKE] drop-ship Hudson Reed which is a minor plus.

Go to your local indie merchant or someone like PTS who will most likely be able to get you as good and in some cases better prices than the internet clowns.
