I made a payment on my credit card and asked them for a form or a number to claim my late payment charges etc,and they said i have been given the wrong info and i can not claim anything,what do i do?

Is there any way you can get the previous statements, the late payments charges should be on there. Then you can go from there. Are you trying to claim them from the credit card company or tax purposes? If the company says you can't claim them you can always try the BBB.monicas0
