Original architect House plans 1960’s house ?

Any idea where I would need to start to see if I can get the Original architect plans for a 1960’s house ?

    Attached to the deeds?

    Try the local planning department - a long shot, but ours certainly gave me the plans for ours (permission given in 1969). The County records office for the County Council might have planning archives.

    What about the architect? Still in business?
    Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac ;)

    If it was part of an estate built in the 60s, try the builders, there were probably dozens of houses built to the same one?
