Currys have impressed me

I have been really impressed with Currys over the last few months, first by deliverying a tumble drier to my new house on the designated day, despite me ordering it to my old address!! oopps took several phone calls but well done to them for being so accomadating.
This week I realised my expensive, and much used steam generator iron had broken ( only 10 months old). Could I find the receipt.No!
I phoned HQ and they told me one could be printed. I goto the store they print me a receipt from the info I have. Different store not the one where I bought the iron. I didn't know at this point that they would just exchange it for a new one.
Silly of me to lose it but how helpful is that. Now have a new iron.
