1471 Extra from BT to end - alternatives?

I have an enhanced 1471 service where you can review the last 5 numbers that called whether or not the call was missed. Got a letter from BT saying they are ending this and to use 1571/Call Minder instead.
Actually I make good use of 1471 Extra at the moment and don't want to take up BT's suggestion of buying a new caller display phone either (have a perfectly good phone thanks).
Does anyone know if 1571 will log missed calls like 1471 does?
Do the others e.g Carphone Warerhouse / NTL / Sky offer a 1471 Extra equivalent and plan to continue it?
