    How about someone who actually knows what they are talking about? Which in this case probably would be a banker, yes.

    It's about time bankers woke up and smelt the roses. No-one believes the feeble explanations and excuses they offer for their lying and cheating the public any more.

    People with a modicum of intelligence understand the banking system perfectly well. They understand that if they use a service provided by a bank which is chargeable, they will be charged.

    The only ones who feel they are being "lied to" are the ones who don't have the intelligence to understand the simple things in life. The majority of people manage it quite well.

    Please explain to me where you think the lying and cheating is ?

    How about Personal Protection Insurance sold to customers without any hope of succeeding in a claim.

    How about the fiddling of LIBOR rates.

    No doubt you will have feeble excuses and explanations for those things too.

    I think the debt collection agencies are going to have a field day as a result of these increased charges.
