The managment structure at work has changed and its ovious my face dose not fit
My hobby is to study with the by distance learning and have done for many years
The new manager says that my private studies are a distraction and now considered to show I'm not loyal as the company provides online education on its products if I must study
He's marked my preformance as low and even though I hit every target he's set to show improvment he's continued to extend the plan
Under the company rules he can't extend again either needs to pass or give me a warning my feeling is he's going to find a reason to progess to the next level and push me out.
Any idea how I stand from a legal stand point
