Hiya
For example:
We are purchasing a property from a lady, she has agreed to buy a new build from a developer. I have been told that the developers will pay for her to vacate her property if she needs to leave before the new one is finished.
Is this possible or not?
Thanks

why would you want to move out of your home if the one you're moving into isn't finished yet?
surely the sequence of events is:
1. wait for new home to be built
2. move out of existing home and into new one0 -
I just thought I would check as this is what I have been told. Answering a question with a question is really not helpful.0

I think its best the old lady asks the developers0
