Where to get a tri fold leaflet template

Hope this is posted in the right place...
Does anyone know where i can download a free Tri Fold Leaflet template that i could personalise to suit my new adventure.

If you're using Word you should be able to download one from the templates section of the microsoft website. Using Publisher is a lot easier if you have it, its already in the template section of the program.

When trying to download from Microsoft i get the following error message Why?
