Contract release and bond

Hi Guys
As a newish landlord,"2yrs",I rent out my house to 3 people.Everything has benn ok,they were on a 6mth AST for the first year. They then asked for a 12mth contract, that seemed ok to me so I let them have one, that was on 7th Jan 2012.
It has now emerged that 2 of them"man and woman" are splitting, things happen.
The thing is,she has gone off and tried getting herself another rented acc.I only found out when an agent contacted me for a reference.
I told the agent that she was already tied into a contract with 2 others at my house, and the contract had until 7th Jan 2013 to run.
The agent said that the woman had discussed the release from the contract with me,"no she hadn't".
I refused to give her a reference and told the agent that I thought it would be very unproffessional of them to give her any accomodation seeing that she had already got to find her share of the rent towards my house,"I know through checking her wageslips, previous" that she would not be able to afford two lots of rent. She also paid the bond for the 3 of them,so My thoughts are,get it off of them.
To make things worse, her ex partner at the house"we now know" has no work now and he has not been contributing his share of the rent.
Apparently the other T has been paying his part, but if she goes and T "2" does not contribute I can see that the rent is not going to be paid.
Personally I would like to release them all"I haven't told them that",but do you think I ought to let the woman go,and what should I charge her,"would that be wise".
I don't think the 2 remaining T's would like that,as it would be down to one to foot all the rent and bills,"can't see that".
Thanks for your patience.
