If you already owe the DWP money they will take it out of any back money due to you for example, you owe DWP £1000, and your back dated money is £1200 you will get the difference of £200 back, what is the money for a loan with the DWP?

How much was still outstanding to be paid back, and how much do you believe should you have received as backdated money owing to you? If you owe money, they are not going to give you the whole backdated sum then carry on letting you pay £x per fortnight I'm afraid.

Youve obviously managed to live off something for the past year.

I thought if you had an appeal going they had to pay you during that time anway or am I wrong.

The upsied OP is that you owe a lot less money now than yu did before, that's a good thing surely

    Clarabell79,

Go back to the page before this, and at the top of the page (just below where it says "Child Support") there is a "New Thread" button. Click on this and it should be self explanatory for there. ;)
