Will I get a parking penalty?

Hi All!

I went to the University of Salford today. There's a small car park just off the main campus that still belongs to the University.
I pulled in to park up and noticed two young lads in putting taking number plates down. There was a new sign up about parking.

I had a quick glimpse of the sign and decided to leave. As I'm pulling out, one of the lads takes a picture of my car.
I never turned off my car's engine or left the car.

I think it's a private company.
Will these cheeky !!!!!!s send me a ticket?
Can I fight against it if they do?

Yes they probably will, and then you can come on here when you know the name of the parking company and find out how easy they are to ignore.

Don't worry about it, you won't have to pay a penny.
