Will our rent get re evaluated if child on DLA?

Hi,
My child has been awared DLA I'm just filling in the carers forms which says to let housing benefit aware that we are now getting DLA. Will our rent get re evaluated as at the moment we don't get the full amount paid as our rent increased after the date they evaluated it.
Also just wondering if anyone know when completing the CA form it asks what benefits myself and my partner are claiming, what benefits do they need to know about? Is it just ones that bring income in? Housing benefit doesn't if you know what I mean.
