eCar insurance - complaints Dept ignoring complaints!!!

Afternoon all :j
I am very new to this website so i hope im posting in the right section!
I was wondering if anyone else is with eCar Insurance or knows anyone who is?
I am absolutely shocked and appaled with their customer service and cannot believe the complaints department are now ignoring all my emails/complaints! To be honest I think they have blocked my email address as not one of the emails I sent to all 3 addresses did I get a auto-respond reply which normally comes within half an hour.
I am not sure what to do next and who I can report them to as I want my money back ASAP and to cancel my policy because they are so bad but unsure who to contact?!?!
Any advice?

Stop using emails and write a proper letter worded FORMAL COMPLAINT.
Then give them 14 days to respond before you take it further.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
FOS/ABI/FSA says you can use any medium including verbal and, as long as it is clear it a complaint (expression of dissatisfaction) it doesn't need to be headed a FORMAL COMPLAINT.
Company has 8 weeks to respond, then you can escalate to FOS. If 8 weeks have passed then escalate0 -
If you didn't get an auto response then eCar will pretend they didn't get your emails and when the FOS eventually get around to your complaint in 4-6 months time, the time will start ticking again.
So send them a snail mail letter using recorded signed for post.
In the letter:
1.Enclose printed out copies of your emails and state at the bottom what other documents you have enclosed as a list,
2. Make it clear the date your emails were sent to them and that your complain starts from the date of those emails.
They are very likely to respond as companies tend to when they realise you have sent mail to them in a tracked fashion.I'm not cynical I'm realistic
