Afternoon all
Decided I really need to do something about my weight before it gets out of hand so have signed up to Weight watchers online.
I'm hoping I can shift it OK as it's my meds which have caused me to gain so much so quickly
If there is anyone else who's doing this do you think you could drop me a pm to tell me how the ruddy site works.....it's not particularly user friendly.
I was hoping it would be like the good old days where they gave you an online version of the book of points value for most foods.
Will have to sit down tonight and have a good browse.
So no more choccie glitches please....I need healthy stuff!!
Good luck purdita,
Not doing WW, going it alone decided last week enough is enough after putting on weight through meds when I had shingles then before I lost any I gave up smoking, put on some more weight then had a baby.
I lost 2 and a half pounds last week - fingers crossed that I can stick to it.
I think if you can just lose a bit at first it spurs you on to lose a bit more and before you know it you are where you want to be.:oI love to help people by sharing my bargains:o0 -

They are now £5 a lesson though which is still pretty amazing value.
They run classes at the weekend for joe public or you can arrange a weekday if you can fill a class with kids.
Sorry to quote myself but you are right. They are now free for July and August:TT
Nice one
Do go along guys. My kids love the classes.
They made this herb planter for me a couple of weeks ago (at home with decking boards) with their new found skills:
(The little yoghurt pots* are baby sage plants that I am starting off to give away)
Definitely worth going along to!!!

Ambrosia ones, I might add:A Every moment is a gift. That's why we call it the present.!:A

The following is taken from APG T&Cs
2.2 Morrisons prices are collected instore (by an independent agency) twice a week (Monday and Wednesday), and therefore unlike Tesco, Sainsbury's and Waitrose, are only updated twice per week. Morrisons prices are collected in stores each week around Great BritainApparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -

I have always kept my whoopsies separate from an APG shop but they say it would have no impact on the result. Does anyone know if whoopsies get matched or not?
I just read the following on APG T&Cs
5. Fresh items which are purchased on "Whoops" in ASDA will be excluded from the ASDA Price Guarantee as these are store specific discounts on damaged or short date coded items. Non fresh items that are purchased on "Whoops" will be compared at the reduced price.Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -
