morning all Re. previous theme ( most stashes) who can claim to have the most stashes of MAM coupons which they will never use thus depriving others
the folks on here have been quite helpful making sure that those who have said they can't get them locally are sent some if they ask nicely0 -
Morning all.

On the subject of MAM, I made pea & ham soup with the bacon pieces yesterday and it was really good... 2 onions, 2 potatoes, half packet of bacon pieces, ham stock, 3/4 bag of frozen peas. Soften onions in a splash of oil (or frylight if on SW), add chopped bacon pieces for a couple of mins then stock, cubed potatoes & frozen peas. Bring to boil then simmer for 30 mins. Blitz with hand blender until relatively smooth then flake the other 1/2 packet of bacon pieces and mix in to the soup.Mortgage Aug 22 £280,000

Enjoy your Sunday
Make sure you check the cherries over for any mould/bruises then make a cut in each one (don't half or de-pit it) pop them into a pan with a few tablespoons of water and some sugar (I taste the cherries to see how sweet/sharp they are) warm the mixture through until the sugar is dissolved, leave to cool then pop into a jar add the vodka leave for at least 6 weeksLet me know when its ready I will pop round

Hi everyone
Its been all go here trying to get our building work finished, haven't had time for much tescos fun. I did get some free lego yesterday, it was a small red ninjasomething set - marked at RTC £1.50 but scanned at £3 thankyou very muchI'll find it later and let you know which set it is
Managed to get 2 toy orders delivered to store from the direct silly sale, so that was handy. Some were marked as cancelled but some slipped through - I got sylvanians, a scoobydoo set x2 and a power rangers sword (my DS flippin loves Power Rangers!). I've got one more order showing as despatched but is not in store yet and one showing as created so I've got my fingers crossed0 -

Thank you - a drinking buddy sounds great :beer:0 -

Tesco have done the best job of depriving others. In a superstore I went in last night there was the big crate 3/4 full of the real food mags behind the checkouts. Just along near the end of the checkouts they were opening up another full pallet (the ambrosia coupon and the M&M only run until tomorrow).
It seems to be the distribution of these mags which is depriving folks, not how many one person has.0 -

Oh I could just eat that now for lunch, along with the chunk of the wholemeal loaf I attempted this morning.0 -

It is however a great year for England/GB/UK and we don't often get much to wave the flag about.
The footy team has somehow managed to stumble its way past the group stages of the kick a bladder around the grass compy. We managed to [strike] bribe [/strike] persuade the powers that be into letting us host the olympics. It is also our Queens jubilee year.
Like it or lump it, its time we waved the flag!sorry though locarr, I think corgi's look far better in diecast metal with 4 wheels!
I agree with you FrenchKnickers. Over there you barely even celebrate St Georges Day so you don't often get a chance to be patriotic. What I'm trying in a bad way to say is that dragging Northern Ireland into pro-British comments isn't needed.
And as per QPR10s comment (sorry don't know how to quote you as well), if it weren't for the kindness of people on here, I'd be MAMless. I don't care how many magazines were taken from stores as long as they were distributed and not just binned. Still no sign of them here and according to the store I managed to get some ham in, they're not doing the MAM stuff any more. Believe that if you will. I think I am one of the few in my tiny T's that have bothered taking a mag, there is still ¾ of a pallet full of them left, having said that this tiny shop doesn't stock any of the M-a-M items or the Ambrosia :mad:0 -
Morning all
Been a busy bee this morning clearing out kitchen cupboards and having a major declutter, very therapeutic it was too
Found something to add to my 'stash' from last night
20 odd of these Swizzle lollies, no wine gums to be seen though, must have eaten all of them! :rotfl::rotfl:...those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.
