Just got back from the hospital:(

They allowed me to sit with her for a few hrs before taking her off the respirator. I just sat held her hand and talked. The Dr then came in and I knew it was time. I was dreading that moment but it was nothing like I expected, she carried on breathing for nearly an hr, all so peaceful and serene, She finally passed at 3.58pm when the angels came to take her.
She looked so peaceful, and free of pain.
I cried but did not care,it seemed to be the most natural thing to do, so did one of the nurses (she was new to ITU and this was her first time dealing with something like this) bless her :A.

I think I am now just numb from it all, I feel empty inside. :(

As sad as it has been I am so glad I had the pleasure of knowing this lady and even in her last minutes I am sure she knew I was with her, and as silly as it seems she has now given me strength to never fear death.

A big thank you to you all for all the support you have shown me, I mean that from the bottom of my heart :A

Now I have to get back to work (my employers have not even mentioned me having a few hrs off this evening, although its only 2 hrs) Perhaps it might be a good thing as it keeps my mind off it all and there are others that need me also :)

When the Angels came to take this lady she was passed from the Angel who was sat with her. I am sure that you are feeling very mixed emotions at the moment but I hope that you realise what a very special person you are. I wish there were more people in the world like you but I do think we have a higher percentage of them on here than in the real world.

I hope you are ok and have someone with you this evening.

Just been to another store and checked the haribo football mix. found two full boxes, both had different bar codes (4088 and 4149). Sadly both scanned at £1.00. This was in a superstore.
