    Me? A serious doctor? :rotfl:

Thanks for the advice though. :) I actually think the Focus RS is quite a flashy car, so that has the same chance of getting vandalised; let's hope this won't happen. :( The car will either be at home or parked in a secure hospital car park.

I'll be a junior doctor for the first two years so I think the Corsa will be fine.

Just need the Lamborghini or Ferrari for when I'm a consultant.

So what happens after 2 years? I 'know' someone that must be in his second year now and just wondering what happens next. I'm ignoring him so I can't ask him.:rotfl:

Just in from work and I had a nice envelope from Cardiff. One paltry Real Food magazine and one of the Jubilee versions of the Ts mag (the one with the Welches coupon). Guess I wasn't destined to get any free MAM :(

After those 2 years you specialise in a particular field of Medicine and that will be your chosen career; so that would be specialties such as general surgey, general practice, A&E, general medicine, paediatrics, obs and gynae etc. Each specialty has its own training path and the number of years can vary from 3 to 10 years!

    Evening everyone

Sorry that I sloped off without saying goodnight last night. Was so exhausted from night before that just fell asleep in bed with computer still on.

OH seemed brighter this morning but this evening seems to be rough again. Could only manage a few beans on toast for tea as everything is making him feel sick. He has gone back to bed now so hopefully good nights rest will help him.

Thanks to everyone for their kind words last night. Everyone on here is so kind and thoughtful :A:A:A

Thanks to Fudge Cake. You dont forget about anyone on here. You really are an :A

3 Dogs and Alan I want to let you know that even though i do not know you in person you are always in my thoughts. I always log on in the evening waiting for your posts to know how you both are. When i read your posts i sometimes do not quite know what to say because i have so much admiration for you both and how you are managing at such a difficult time. Big bugs to you both xxx
