    I've still got a lot to learn, I thought this:
    Last question I promise, can you mix Indian and Tapas? Thanks so much!

    Was a simple question of whether they would taste well together served at the same meal!

    Damn slugs and snails :mad::mad::mad::mad:

    I've put slug pellets in all of the troughs and tubs I've planted up, but just been outside to check on them and there are masses of slugs making a bee line for my African Busy Lizzies :mad:

    I've picked the slugs off and have now lifted them all onto the garden table rather than the decking.
    My OH has said he's heard that you can sprinkle porridge oats and the slugs will eat that then die. I've never heard of this, has anyone else?. I was thinking of sprinkling salt around the plants but don't know whether this might kill 'em off too!!
    Any greenfingered people got any advice please?
    I was advised to put a jar with some beer in it near my plants, seems to be working so far! :)

    I rub Vaseline around the rim of the pots, slugs can't 'cross' it.

    Oh thanks for that I just was concerned as the end of my barcode is 150 and that is usually what it will then scan at, so glad you have confirmed they work.:j
