Fudge Cake is quite right about people not disclosing things but feeling pain. I'm finding life quite difficult because I'm not allowed to see my grandchildren or my daughter and I miss them so much but when I come on here and see what other people are going through it does put things in perspective and gives me strength to get through the day - although some days it feels like I haven't got up off the floor! x

Thats sounds really tough. I hope things get resolved you will be able to see your grandchildren and daughter in the near future

Bensonsmum go for it:T:T:TI am now nearly 8 months smokefree and I was the same as you, I couldnt walk and talk at the same time as I got so out of breath:(Now I'm actually jogging:eek::eek::eek:Ok not far, but I'll get there as like you I have an addictive personality. Start with walking, thats what I did and just build it up slowly. The thing about getting exercise is it makes you think "I'm putting in all this effort so I'm going to stick to a diet too"Well it seems to be for me;)
You can do it, if someone had told me 8 months ago that I would have given up smoking(I was a heavy smoker:o) and that I was jogging and had applied for the marathon I would have literally wet myself with laughter!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Go for it bensonsmum it will be the best thing you have ever done.
Great advice lala i have been stopped about 4 months now.
    Bensonsmum

Has anyone tried buying this Welch's juice with the coupon???? its down to 95p, so potentially 5p off your shopping??

    http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/#/Shopping/FindProducts.aspx?Query=welch's

    has anyone tried it?
plus, has anyone had any problems with the coupons scanning against the Long life juice rather than the chilled ones??

    morning everyone xxx

Seeing as how we are all very PC now and I feel like I am walking on eggshells a bit (:D), strictly speaking that is the wrong product for the ts & cs of the coupon - it should be the chilled juice and I understand that the coupon does not auto scan for this one. However, yes, lots of peeps have tried it and I understand that some SAs have overridden the till and put through as ns :) whereas others have refused the coupon in line with its terms (which seems fair enough).

    How's that?

Now where's that sofa or is it just getting too cramped behind there?

Masonry paint in one hand, brush in the other. Will someone please motivate me into painting the garden walls?
