Off on a mam hunt again today. It's a strange one, because of the 4 stores I can visit, they all sell different items from the range and it is a bit of a pain because no single store sells all the packs I want. Luckily a few more days to pick them up as and when. Hoping to find the peaches today too :)

I thought that said you were off on a man hunt!:rotfl:

Have to do a few jobs today...notably sort out the washing as its piling up yet again. Along with sort the kitchen and the lounge. Sometimes I hate it when everyone is around at the weekend...place ends up looking like a tip.

Also want to try and start to prepare a JTD shop if I can. Need a few things soon that I know are cheaper at Asda.

    Good Evening/Good Morning :hello:

I have to confess I've lurked today without signing in. I haven't read much and appologies I won't be going back to thank posts as usual :o

It's just that when I came on earlier, the thread was once again in uproar :( It's so upsetting when this is your little bit of escapism from the trials and tribulations of the real world. I am not naieve, and understand that we are all very different people, in very different positions in life, different morals, ethics, budgets even and this will all determine the decisions we make. What I find upsetting is when individuals are singled out and/or treated with no respect or care.

The Elite is a community. This isn't just a thread on an internet forum to many of us, as is seen by the number of thanks even a post saying 'good morning' gets, how no topic is ever off topic and how, where possible, many offer advice and support.

My life is just one huge write off at present, today was horrendous. There are many people on here suffering, some who disclose and many who don't. Nobody is more important than anyone else and this thread has the power and diversity to be whatever you want it to be.

There are bound to be disagreements but broach these with the respect that you would wish from others who question your morals or actions. Treat people how you wish to be treated and use constructive arguments rather than launching personal attacks, it's just not fair. The fact of the matter is that we are ALL going to make mistakes but that's how we learn. There are many wise owls on this thread and we do well to take leaves from their books but we ALL learn something new every day and we become not only better shoppers, but better people by listening and evolving.

Long may the Elite grow in numbers, strength, support and savvy ;):D We all live in a world that more than often leaves us with a sour taste so why not throw caution to the wind, a generous sprinkling of pink glitter and some great big bear hugs over our little online community and make this a pleasant environment to frequent :A

Big hugs to all, sleep tight

    Fudgie xxxx

Ahh Fudge_Cake words of compassion and wisdom as always - hope you find your day today is much better
