More Basil Fawlty than Victor Meldrew :rotfl:

It was nice to meet you glad you got back safely

:eek::eek: I think I preferred the victor Meldrew!!

Sorry I got us trouted with the coupons, but shhhhh, don't let MSE'rs know we cocked it up! :rotfl:

The 3 bunches of flowers have crammed my other vase a treat. Sits well nice next to the lillies I got the other night. Such simple pleasures really but I like some nice fresh cut flowers to brighten my room.
  • Night all - enjoyed the 'meet up' pics
My store has lots of the price flop and real food mags, if I can help anyone?
Hugs to those that need them x

Time to drag myself to bed so glad I don't have to get up early tomorrow, shattered. Night all

Westie & earlybirds I'm sure that time of the morning is very nice but I tend to reserve it for early morning flights only

Just a thought... If anyone has any huggies little swimmers £2 vouchers left? If u spend £10 at boots on baby u get £2.50 off at ATM.
And the swimmers are £2.99 at mo. so 4 packs £11.96 minus coupons is ££3.96 then £2.50 off = £1.46 for all packs..

Think our Mr T's has remembered how to reduce things again most things the OH brought home tonight were 95% off :T including finest ham hock pie 2 pk for 25p :j yay!

Made up for hubby getting cheese scones and us not noticing until we'd put the jam and cream on and started eating them :rotfl: :rotfl:

When I was a child, a long time ago, my mother went away for the weekend and my father looked after us. My father decided to make us kids a meal - pastie and chips. He bought the pasties from the bakers and put them in the oven to heat up. He then made the chips (cooked in lard of course). About 20 minutes later we were all sitting around the table eating chips and very hot apple turnovers! It was delicious!
  • Sorry I don't have time to read back so I don't know if this has already been posted:
CampingGaz Quickbed Single reduced to £1.75 in store. It's the grey one not the blue one.
    HTH
If anyone near me sees these can they hide them up or buy them and I'll meet you by the krispy kreams.
Got a feeling I might end up with a tent in the back garden housing Olympic volunteers
I say "THANKS" to posts that make me smile - Oh and really good glitches.:j
Good things come to those who wait:A Bad things come on express delivery:(

:mad::mad: Someone is being scammed rotten at the moment by a 'girlfriend' in Nigeria & sending £1000s out to 'her' daily. He's cashed in his ISAs :mad:

On thursday 'she' was supposedly catching a flight back. I demanded (!) that he got her to go to the British Embassy.
He wanted to send another wad to her today.
I asked why she hadn't flown back.
She was stopped as she had diamonds on her .... & was now in detention.
If she had diamonds why couldn't she have sold them?
    No paper work..
    In detention with her phone?
She had hid it in her bra...
How can she collect the cash if she's in detention?

Luckily he's beginning to take in our version & didn't send the money today but instead texted her a fake collection No. to see how long it would take her to get out of 'detention' & try & get the cash.
Text came back within 7 minutes
    Hopefully he'll see sense

Unfortunately it's all to common :mad::mad:

Have heard so many similar stories, maybe have a read of this website to give you some ideas
