I do a very similar dish but lay some cod at the bottom of the dish then cover it with the tomato and pepper mixture. I then put grated mozarella on top and cook for 15 mins.....its a slimming dish...found it in a WW cookbook !

Ooooh that sounds nice, I shall try that with cod, thank you :)

T's reply to the person asking why they are getting emails back again

That sounds like it would be really good over pasta as well! Thanks. :)

Have made veggie soup that ended up mostly tomato soup, but with peppers, carrot, courgette, potato and onion in. Am having grilled salmon with potatos for tonight's dinner, lunch tomorrow will be leftover take-away (flatmate went on holiday and left all these leftovers in the fridge, can't let them go to waste :P ), dinner will be stuffed peppers courtesy of fudge's idea. There's pasta with bacon and mushrooms for lunch on sunday, dinner will be soup and a sandwich.

Have home made quiche in the freezer, and 5 recipes for lunch/dinner with simple stuff that's still in the fridge/cupboards. 6 if I add a simple pepper stir fry with mushrooms, come to think of it. :D And your recipe for the sauce makes it 7...
Feels strange having meals planned out rather than being left to whatever I feel like doing in a particular day, but I suppose it really helps. :)

I wish I could be as organised and plan all my meals. I usually manage to plan a day or 2 ahead but quite often my eldest will say last minute, "oh I'm not in for tea tonight" another one will say they are not really hungry then my youngest will text me last minute to say she's going to a friends after school  so all my planning usually goes straight out the window :p

Very odd with the price checker...am getting vouchers back that I used over a month or more ago ....but not getting any e mails that didn't generate a voucher.
    Born to glitch :D
