I still have plenty of the toiletries and DW tablets, bleach, coffee, pasta sauces, stock cubes and other such goodies.

This question often crops up. The way I see it is a) I save petrol driving to just one store rather than two or three; b) price check does not take into consideration whether you have used mocs or conditional spends c) I know my way around Tesco better than Asda so I don't spend as much time looking for things d) I earn club card points on what I buy at Tesco
I'm sure others have their own reasons but the above are mine at the moment. However, with the way price check is going, I will most likely be doing a split shop in future, unless I have mocs/conditional spends vouchers. HTHAvatar courtesey of HC :beer:0 -

If customers are using a service over a period of time, there is no reason why they should check if the service has changed on a daily basis iykwim.
I think they should either post on the price promise homepage "click here to agree to our amended terms" or email every address they have on file from the last 1 months pricechecks and inform them of the change
Until they communicate the change effectively some people will sbop assuming that tbe system is unchanged. You shouldnt find out the terms have changed AFTER you do your shop if part of what enticed you to do the shop in the first place was the price checkApparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -

If it is T's I do it for the points. You get all the points on the full price before the jtd. Once you have your money back you can then reinvest that money in more products and get more points. I have purchased 4 merlin passes this year with my points.0 -

on a bad day,...i ask them what they think about coin operated trolleys/flimsy supermarket carrier bags/ a new food product white i think taste like turd, etc until they hang up on me.
i have the tendency to lead sales people on and then asK stupid questions that will result in the line going silent for a while followed by disconnected tone.

I also do it if any cold callers knock at the door and once to one of those supposed charity people who stops people in the street lol I stood there for about 5 minutes once talking in welsh after one tried to block me in so he could deliver his sales pitch, I soon had him turned around so he was then blocked in and I carried on chatting away until he practically crawled away and then went running up the street!! Lol when I turned back I was greeted with people clapping.
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: its a fantastic feeling, knowing you can play them at their own game and see them give up before you do..... I love it xxxx
I had a phonecall tonight from Direct Line wanting to sell a life policy... I'll say it like this, he hung up on me before I had the chance to do so.... :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -
