They are less and less effective. As I have already had a claim on my Medical Insurance this year because of the Chronic Urticaria I decided to get a second opinion. I then found out I had fractured it and it had fused back together in a hook shape (severely deformed). The Consultant asked about previous injections and was  when I said I was awake for them before. It looks like I will have to have the coccyx removed but as a last ditch attempt I have had the steroid injections again today under GA, and the coccyx has been manipulated. Fingers crossed it will help.
Worrying thing was though when I saw Consultant he also told me I had Spina Bifida Occulta and Degenerative Disc Disease:eek::eek:. He said we will deal with these afterwards.
Have to say if anyone ever has any choice on which hospital they can use, the BMI Thornbury at Sheffield is outstanding. :T:T:T
I have DDD i'm on my 3rd surgery it's horrible..
I know what you are going through, I have steroid in my neck which works for about a month..
Lower back and neck is affected..

I get so tired of the pain sometimes and hit a wall..
If you ever want anyone to talk to I get it...:)I always take the moral high ground, it's lovely up here...0 -

Alright Tesco, I've got a bone to pick with you. Behold the picture I have presented you with. Can you tell what flavour sandwhich it is? It looks like just plain mayo to me. Do you sell just plain mayo sandwhiches? Didn't think so. It's actually a Prawn Mayo sarny from your light choices range. Maybe its a light choice as it doesn't actually have a proper filling? How absurd! Not only this, but when I do actually buy a sandwhich with actual real life prawns in, I am constantly confronted with the same problem. Shells. You know, that cruncy bit on the outside of a prawn? The bit you aren't supposed to eat (however I do hear a number of cultures do leave the shells on, Cajuns for instance as it holds in the BBQ taste, I however am not a Cajun and refuse to eat the shell). So really its a lose lose situation, I truly am stuck between a rock and a hardplace, or maybe I'm stuck between a naked sarny and a shelled place. Maybe I'll just stick with a more reliable sandwhich like ham and cheese next time to avoid the obvious lazy sandwhich maker who works on the prawn conveyor belt.

Hi Jord**,
Thank you for contacting us. I'm very sorry that your Prawn sandwich didn’t contain any prawns. I can appreciate how disappointing this must have been for you.
We try very hard to make sure that our products are the best quality possible and that our customers never have any cause to complain. So, I'm concerned to learn that we didn't get it right this time.
Could you please return the packaging to store with your receipt for a full refund and we will investigate this with the supplier.
Kind regards

Ian, my knight in shining armour. If I were Repunzel, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White or any damsel in distress, you would surely be my Prince Charming. If I were Mary Jane you would surely be my Spiderman. If I were Private Ryan I am positive you would be Captain John H. Miller (Tom Hanks if you didn't know). You get the picture.
I have already taken said sandwhich back to the store for a refund, regardless of the fact I spent half my lunch hour queuing at the customer care desk behind an old bat who was complaining her oranges weren't orange enough and wanted a refund. All that just to get back my £1.60.
I just wanted to alert you to the incompetent sandwhich filler and would advise you punish him/her severely. Perhaps dock their wages, or lock them in solitary confinement for 2 days, or maybe force them to eat a whole bunch of shells and mayo and see how they like it.
Thank you for your help Ian, you truly are a Tesco Angel.

I've got a £3 off £20 spend voucher. If I buy a finest meal deal and then a few other bits to take the total before meal deal discounts over £20, will my voucher work, or does it have to be the amount after multibuy discounts?
Also, does anyone know if any of the wines are comparing on the price checker at the moment? Thanks!0 -

I don't know about anyone else but I have a strange, strange feeling that T's are just about to announce another harebrained scheme that will be good for us;)Sainsbobs vouchers are far better because their instant,A's are far better because they are nearly instant,T's are a nightmare because you never know if they'll compare and even how long they'll take to get back and now their new terms and conditions. I think they will wind down JTD and announce something totally different soon, just my personal opinion;);)Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:0

Possibly could be the first stage of a big change. But then why do it like this? Why not just get it all organised....make the change....and then shout about how great it is. Rather than annoy people by changing things behind closed doors and hoping no-one notices.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move
