have never even heard of the P&O forum but would be soooo good to keep in touch with the kids while we are away and we still have time to organise it - this is exactly what I love about this thread - the way you all help our real beginners - even over things not Tesco related - definitely not going back to lurking................
    thanks again flowerclipper xx
Pleasure! And for everyone else, a four pack of Kit Kats come with four free bars in Tesco so 8 for £1.49 (cheaper than A's!)

:eek: So that's what a Real Food looks like :)
Never ever seen them :(:( I have moaned at CS to see if they would get them in but they don't even know what one is :(
Snap - Thanks for the link to the claim form. I emailed Barratts shoes and they said they hadn't received them. They emailed back a few minutes later and asked if I had any proof of postage so I took a pic of the POF and emailed it to them. Within minutes they emailed back to say as a gesture of good will they give me a full refund. Would it be wrong to wait the 15 days and see if Barratts got them, and if not put a claim in?:rotfl:.
    :T:T:T Well done you ♥
Mail Order companies are responsible for their returns & as you had a POP they rightly refunded you :D:D
Regarding submitting the Claim form. I would do as they are lost & need to be found.
The Claims dept will contact Barratts & ask if they have recieved them.
    Our Family Motto ~
If all else fails - read the instructions...

Thanks to the people who posted the barcodes for the socks, and thanks to darkvelv for the barcodes on the other items................still didn't find any :(

Got 6 packs of make a meal and used 6 coupons ( well I never, I sent the wife through just in case :rotfl:)
She also went through with 2 of the £1.79 pizzas whoopsied to 72p and used 2 mocs. And quite a bit of whoopsied meat and prepacked sandwich meats all with 75% off.

I went through with the easy stuff
    2 x B&J's meal deals
    1 birds eye meal deal
    1 roaster chicken
    1 pack cherry bakewell pies

The SA didn't bat an eyelid putting through all the moc's for the wife , when I went through she asked if we had seen the free cool bags, we said no so she called someone over to go and get us one :T

There is no way we can fit anything in the freezers or the cupboards now ( got a load of jars at A's yesterday) . So may give shopping a miss for a couple of weeks......

well maybe not, can't resist cheap cakes and free meat :D

I read it as tho 'HC would be making another claim against Barratts (even tho' they'd already refunded him) and not against the Royal Mail hence my response .
    :)

I read it as HC making a claim with RM even though Barratts had paid him a 'good will' amount. Either way, if RM don't deliver, especially given the cost of their service, if they don't deliver as per the service contract formed, they should at least refund the cost of their service, as they have not fulfilled the contract. This is just my oppinion tho.
