I went to asda on the way back from T's and got 3 ragu sauces and a tub of benecol spread and paid 11p so used the spread on my bread. Grilled the bacon rather than fired it and poached the eggs instead of frying those.
Was delish too!
I could just eat this now, looks delish ... but it would have to be wholemeal bread for me.0 -
Good morning everyone. Only another hour of my night shift left and then off home to sort out baby. May have to take a trip to t's to spend my price checks.N1LDA0

Morning! :j
Dry on the roads here finally!
I am feeling nervous though, because it has sunk in that I am riding the London to Brighton bike ride for the British Heart Foundation this Sunday :eek::eek: I usually ride 10 miles a day (to work and back) but never have I done anything like that...
am filling in for a friend who had her cycling partner pull out at the last minute. nervous nervous nervous. 55 miles is a bit far for little old me!
Hope everyone is well- 3Dogs - you enjoy every day, and we all love you both.
Karlie - if you are going to Goodwood, you can always do some serious car research there!:D
off to find some good recipies to make oat-type things. I hear they are good for energy on bike rides0 -
