Tenth Anniversary Combo Breaker Xmas Saver!
Fudge_cake not got anywhere with them just yet phoned housing association, the guy there is furious because contractors have it down as completed. The cheeky sods at the contractors have 'signed' the work sheet themselves or got someone else to
The housing guy said a copy was e-mailed to him just after he rang to see what the progress was as today was completion day, he didn't tell them he'd been on to me just so he could find out what they were up to, needless to say he rang them back and informed them that I had been spoken to and none of the work had been done.
No one has got back to me yet as they're now closed :(

Busy few days for me now, got our cross community thing with cheeky wee so and so's, both lots, tonight (DS won't be joining in because they ganged up on him last week)
Tomorrow I have an autism awareness course, next week we have an ADHD course.
We deal with both conditions in our afterschools club and our summer scheme but had problems with volunteers last year dealing with the children with these conditions. We tried to explain to them the up to a point you treat them like every other child but each one has a leader who they'll respond to more than the others so we keep them within their comfort zone but the paid contract staff wouldn't listen so we had a few meltdowns in the first week because of this but this year will be different because we now have a full time paid staff member who knows the children so understands who needs to go with which leader and who needs extra support or taken by the hand most of the time.
We have 2 lovely boys who need held by the hand regardless of where we go just so they feel safe and I had the pleasure last year of being the adult they took to and so I know how to deal with them so I'm really looking forward to our times out this year :)
I get anoyed for them when other leaders without kids don't seem to 'get' these boys and end up either treating them like they're stupid or ignoring them altogether, we've just had to tell them that they have to go on this course to help them understand where these kids are coming from and help them better deal with the behaviour without resorting to what they are doing at the minuite.

I'll say goodnight now because I'm not sure if I'll be on later

I've never heard of an oven bottom muffin. Is it sweet or savoury?
It's savoury and comes from Lancashire;)
    Or so my husnad says.
There is a particular one called De Klerk's (?) which is very thin.

I did a T shop today :) "Did" as in walked around the store rather than online. Was aching a bit after but pleased that I'd managed it. Surprising what catches your eye when you walk around the store, more opportunities to buy things on offer than shopping online.

Well, Mr 3Dogs has had a better night :j He got up, had his breakfast and meds, and went back to bed but he is talking about going down to the cafe later so that's good :j :j

REDFOX - hope you can allow these advisory posts as they are just confirming what Alan is doing anyway ;) :iloveyou:

Someone on my diary has said that Boots do a large section container so will be checking that one out when I can get into town.

Hi 3Dogs, i'm in the middle of catching up and was reading your post about Alan's tablets.
I was going to suggest the large pill boxes from Boots also.

You could buy as many as you need and write on them when they are for eg morning/lunch/evening etc.
If you don't think that would work, have you thought about asking the GP/pharmacy for a cassette/ Nomad?
The cassette would last 1 week but has various sections for times throughout the day.
The pharmacy would dispense them into the cassette and you would be able to pick them up every week, or they could deliver.
I think the request would normally come through your GP for this to be provided. Might be worth looking into.
I am trying to find a picture of one that would give you an idea of what it looks like.

As others have said lots of times on this thread, you and Mr 3Dogs are an inspiration to us all.
We all like to hear how you are both doing. :)
