I've never heard of an oven bottom muffin. Is it sweet or savoury?

    Evening

Happy birthday DopeySleepyGrumpy :bdaycake:I hope you've had a great day.
For those wondering what oven bottom muffins are they are like a bap/barm/roll/batch/bun etc but from lancashire and were originally made out of leftover dough cooked on the bottom of the oven to fill it .(so I was told) They are also the nicest thing ever to have bacon on:D When I lived away I used to get my Gran to post them to me next day delivery:D

Hugs to 3Dogs hope today was better.
Hope everyone has had a good day.
