piddling down here:(
Sorry to be a pain but wondering if anyone knows what the weather is like in the peak district today .My ds is at Kingswood on a school trip until wed, just so hoping it isn't like it is here.
Hope Mr 3 dogs is feeling perkier today, and Mrs 3 dogs has a better day
Glad everyone is starting to find the cool bags:rotfl:
Its still dry here and Kingswood is not that far away so fingers crossedIf it wasn't for blinds it'd be curtains for all of us:dance:0 -
I have a dilemma and would be grateful of some advice from both male and female sides please
Its our wedding anniversary tomorrow and I am convinced my DH has forgotten
senario 1. Do I remind him but then feel gutted that I have had to prompt him.
Senario 2. Watch him squirm when tomorrow comes and I hand over his card, bearing in mind I dont know how I will react (one yr when he forgot my birthday he had an unopened beer can thrown at his head) :rotfl::rotfl:
Sorry but were not good with dates.I only know when my anniversary because its a week before my birthday.Ask most dads what year the kids were born
and you will have to wait for an answer
I wish him luck.0 -

totally off topic... I need to buy an epicondylitis clasp (an arm support for tennis elbow), but cant find one anytwhere! Dont suppose anyone would be able to advise please?
I've just had the op for tennis elbow:(after 3 steroid jabs, phsyio, painkillers, etc and have had it for years. The velcro on the strap really irritated my arm so I usd to put a tube bandage thingie underneath it. Other thing that irritated mine no end was using a mouse so if you can try and get used to using the mouse with your other hand. It takes a while but you will feel the benefit from it I promise:)HappyChappy84 wrote: »Yeah, thought it was best that I just hung on to them.:rotfl::rotfl:

Just noticed that some jamaica ginger cake bars I got from asda have a BB date of 5 JUN 12 and I bought them on 6 JUN with the coupon for a free pack of cake bars. I still have my receipt... will they just offer me a refund/replacement or should I expect more?0

Find a Real Food magazine; cut the coupon out on the first page.

My hubby is useless at things like that. He never forgets, but never plans in advance so I was always disappointed. One year he gave me money in a card for my birthday with a message saying 'Make sure you spend it on you and no one else' but it turns out that it was basically the grocery money! That was the last straw for me and I removed his 'buying' privileges! So now I buy myself things I need or would like, wrap them up, and make him give them to me in front of the kids.
If I were you I would say to him today 'So what have you got me for tomorrow then' with a grin on your face and see what happens from there. If he has forgotten and you dont remind him you will have a miserable day, at least giving him a warning gives him time to do something nice for you! Thats just me though lol!0 -
