Ltd Co Mileage

If my Ltd Co pays me a substantial amount of mileage, what records/proof do I need to keep?
I would assume a log of all mileage but do I need fuel receipts or MOT/service records?

I just keep a log, and my accountant is happy with that.
If you're VAT registered and you're not on flat-rate VAT, you'll probably want to keep fuel receipts too, since you'll need them to reclaim some VAT I think.0
