section 75 claim time limit??

Hi, I hope someone can help with this.
I bought a self construct workshop from Kybotech on march 12th. There has been a catologue of broken and/or substandard parts and they are now accusing me of constructing it incorrectly. (untrue). Some parts were replaced, but it's till unfit for use, floor warped, not fitting together properly etc. After 2 months of arguing, I tried getting a refund under the sale of goods act 1979, but they totally ignored this.
Failing to sort this out myself, I decided to make a claim under section 75 with the credit card company, who tell me there is a time limit for doing this.
Does anyone know the rules to any of these procedures please?
Thanks, Babs.

S75 does not have a time limit as such, chargebacks do, they are normaly 120 days. If the goods were over £100 the a s75 claim is still very much open and you need to phone the CC again to make your point. The only evidence of a time limit on s75 I have seen is the 6 years because of the limitations on enforcing debt after this time, tell them you have 6 years to make a claim and insist they send the claim forms.
