I am a newbie to this site but I have been reading here for weeks but I am now a fully fledged member and trying hard through this site to stop haemorrhaging money and change my ways.
Although I got stuck into claiming my bank charges I took too long sending off the first letter and posted it 14 days yesterday, I am well aware of the FSA decision pending in April, both Lloyds (aprox £1250) and Barclays (aprox £650) waited until the last opportunity to reply to my first letter saying they will consider my claims and they will take 4-8 weeks to make a decision. Consequently I'm now concerned that they are killing time waiting for that decision from the FSA.
Does anyone have any suggestions on anything I should do, be doing or do I just have to be patient?
If my claim is finalised after the FSA decision will that affect my claim, or is it all based on when the claim started?
Lloyds have also added a new £60 charge this week what should I do about this, I have been so good for months and I don't even know when I broke my overdraft limit to incur this charge I'm seeing them Sat?
Is anyone else having problem, am I just reading to much into it all?
Sorry if I put this in the wrong Thread!!0
